S. Wayne Fuller
I was born and reared in Cullman County, Alabama. My wife,
Joan Davidson Fuller, and I have three children and eight grandchildren.
Joan passed away on December 13th 2016.
I live on a farm in Cullman County that I refer to as "Hat
Creek", where I enjoy riding horses. I am a member of Sacred Heart
Catholic Church and I serve as a Lector and Eucharistic Minister. I have
practiced law in Cullman for 46 years. My son, Michael Fuller, practiced
law from 2002 to 2019 with our firm.
In 2021 my son, Michael Fuller returned to the firm of Fuller, Willingham, & Carter, LLC, as an Associate.
Our firm provides legal services to the people of Cullman County and those
living in the surrounding counties. While we maintain a general
