Mr. Willingham and his wife, Elaine Brown Willingham, are proud parents of three children and four grandchildren. In addition to his legal career, Dan has been actively involved in various community endeavors, serving as an Elder at his local church, and holding the esteemed positions of past President and Lieutenant Governor in Kiwanis. His selfless dedication is further evidenced through his service as a volunteer firefighter and chairman of the Bethsaida Volunteer Fire Department.

Dan has made significant contributions to the community through his role on the Executive Board of Red Cross, demonstrating his leadership and advocacy for humanitarian causes. Moreover, his legal expertise and acumen are leveraged in his capacity as counsel for Premier Bank of the South, where he also holds a key position as a member of the Board of Directors. His involvement in various other boards further exemplifies his commitment to giving back to the community and effecting positive change.

Currently, Mr. Willingham provides legal representation for Premier Bank of the South, the City of Hanceville, Town of West Point, Town of Holly Pond, City of Hanceville Water and Sewer Board, and several other government entities.
