I am a graduate of the University of Alabama and Jones School of Law. I was born and raised in Cullman. After law school, my wife, Amy Ashley Carter, and I moved back to Cullman and I joined the law firm of Fuller & Willingham, LLC. Amy and I have a son, Griffin Stewart Carter, who is 3 years old. We attend Northbrook Baptist Church in Cullman. I am proud to represent the hard working people of Cullman County and North Alabama.
